The variety of food in the buffet was great! I loved the breakfast and dinner options. Additionally, the hotel facilities for children were impressive, with a playroom and a cinema for them to enjoy. this hotel had a nice location close to all tourist spots and nice views from my room.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all tourist spots. the common areas are spacious and neat, with a variety of animals to see. the breakfast selection is quite good, with plenty of options for different tastes.
The room could use a facelift as it looks outdated and scarce on amenities.

The Christmas scenery was amazing and the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit. the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed to find our way. the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and the hot chocolate was delicious. we had a great time spending Christmas at this hotel.
The facilities definitely need a renovation, the rooms were old and looked like they haven't been updated in years. the spa area was not very clean and some of the equipment was broken.

We had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The room was big and shiny, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast and dinner were perfect, with a variety of delicious options. The chef was polite and truly a master of his job. The price of the bar drinks was surprisingly affordable. The highlight for us was the beautiful animals, especially the two dogs that won our hearts. The location was ideal, as it was close to all the tourist spots. The bonus of having a pool and sauna added to our comfort and relaxation.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel offered spacious rooms with a lovely scenic view. We were pleased with the location as it was close to many tourist spots. The staff was nice and accommodating to us during our stay.
The broken facilities in the wellness area, such as the jacuzzis, ice machine, and hot/cold shower were a letdown. the food quality did not meet our expectations.
